He bought the lottery ticket, won, then got locked probably.
Being locked with 38,000 isn't as bad as some people make it seem. Vadoff and Trilu are both locked with over 100,000.

Vadoff isn't a scammer. I think he got locked because of some paypal thing, or they accused him of selling FG for money.

I don't understand why people have issues understanding this. CLEARLY he won the jackpot and then scammed after winning it. It really isn't a very difficult concept and this is like the 10th post in the last 2 weeks that I've seen regarding it.
