Do people buy Grand Charms and Small Charms that are ID'd and guaranteed to be from his minions or himself (baal.)??

Well I don't have an iLvl checker anymore but I can get a vouch if necessary.

I have 3 x Grand Charms and 6 x Small Charms if anyone is interested.
