could somebody plz tell me about perm and unperm?

/me doesnt get it.

if i buy a hr from someone on jsp and its not perm does that mean it poofs when i leave the current game?

Doesn't mean it will but there's some chances if the rune/item is unpem.

so if i buy a rune then socket it in an item its 100% safe?

but if i leave in inv there is chance it will poof?

nop if it socket in a item =100%safe
