Might not be able to sell this because of the fact that it's found as a Polearm and there are no sockets.

If you were to add your own sockets it would only be guarenteed one socket, needs to be found with the 2 in order to have it.

As well as the upgrading goes, it can only be upgraded to a Partizan.. You wouldn't be able to get a Cryptic Axe out of it, unfortunately, as rare items can only be upgraded once.
