cool find, but worthless I'm quite sure. no rw works well in an orb, and 3 facets still is worse than eschuta's or fathom.

anyone wanna confirm

occy is better than this. +3 to all skills and fcr or +3 to a specific skill.
you want a +3 light skill, +3lightning, +3light mastery orb if you're looking for something worthwhile. add on some more synergy and fcr to that orb and you'll be rich.
