eth Reaper's Toll: post stats/price (don't really care about stats)
low bk: this is for a caster, so a cheap 3ll one is best
crafted or rare druid ammy: the ONLY requirements are 2 ele skills, ANY fcr (even 5% is enough), and 20+ resist all (the hard one). I'll consider a +2 all skills ammy only if it's lower than lvl 89 required (ie it pretty much would have to be rare, not crafted for that). Post stats/ price

2 separate guys offered one to me at about 30-35 but i was afk for a week so didn't buy. people don't really use reaper's wep...you sure you aren't talking about tomb reaver?
