okay so a frend was accused of selling an unperm as a perm. the item was a 475 pdsc of which he sold for 45 fgs. the guy who bought it from him trusts him so has no proof of this incident but says it occured.
Frend doesnt believe him because his fg amount went from thousands to zero so he thinks that its just a way to get fg.

Also odd that frend had them for a month with no problems, and only one of two pd scs 'poofed'

what shud my frend do? should he refund or not? and if he doesnt refund for this, will his account get banned? thx all
