2007, i got a DUII for ecstasy / marijuana
2 weeks later i went to trial for: Theft , Wreckless driving, Wrecklessly endangering another person, Assault with a vehicle. I only got convicted for Theft, Assault 4.

Majorly fucked that up, because that plea bargain was under the circumstances i complied with probation, did community service, completed my DUII diversion course, and a million other things.
Didnt do any of that.. smile.gif Sort of blew it all of.. just hoping for it all to go away.

About a month - month and a half ago I got picked up by police for possesion of ecstasy MDMA. I was going to get the charges dropped, Under the circumstances that I ratted on a drug dealer. they had me sign a peice of paper stating that I would do so. I didnt do that, ofc.. my plan was to move away.

I got some letters in the mail, for the charges from last year *Violating probation* and the new charge *Felony possesion* MDMA*

Yep. I am probably fuckd. Court date is on the 16th.
