When crafting does it matter what level your character is?

I don't think so.

It does however matter if you are gambeling for crafting items.

u should b 95 lvl for good crafting

yes it does the level you are determines how many prefixes it has or something like that

*Ilvl and Clvl count when u craft items. It is best to use a high level character as well as high ilvl items when
crafting. The only thing that does not affect the craft is the ilvl of the jewels. Have fun crafting *
