Okay, Nov. 12th i got a Speeding ticket. I was doing 71 in a 45. He gave me a 242 Dollar Fine for that.
On the same ticket he gave me another Fine for My 6 months not being up. For 242 Dollars,
I got my ticked loward to 339.
Now my problem is I just received a letter in the mail from the DMV saying my licence is restricted,
I cannot have passangers for Three months etc. Can only drive To and from work.
Also, if i get one more ticket, My licence is Suspended.
I thought it was THREE Tickets and its suspended. Should i go to the DMV and ask Why
Or Am I wrong and after your FIRST ticket you can get restrictions.
I just thought you'd need atleast 2 tickets to have your licence Restricted.

gg. my friend has like 4 speeding tickets no license restrictions. and he was doing 101 in a 65

Suspension is dependent upon the third infraction I think, but depending upon the severity of the infraction, they can restrict you as they please.

if your under the age of 18 there alot more rules and regs. tri dmv and look up new laws or something...

if you dont pay it for a while they will do that
if you have concerns go talk to them in a civilizeted matter
