I didn't know that your jewel was a 15/15. I thought it was some str/resistance jewel. I need at least 15% BASE ias on that claw for me to be able to use it. I didn't want to be the baron of bad news. LOL

Why does base and 15/15 differ?

Each claw has. Requirement of ias it needs to make the whirlwind breakpoint. I must be precise, or my build will clash.
