Would 451 Psdc work aswell? or are the lifers more important?

451 pdscs = more dmg, but longer duration = too long between each ww.
without 175/lifers my life would be around 4.5k = wayy too low.
175 = enough dmg + life. = best choice. But 451's Would Work.
