how do i reroll

sry for spam but i dont understand why a 40 ias 4 sox pb should be good, since u can easy use a 6sox pb (2 shael in it = ur 40 ias and still 4 clean sockets)

You can roll JMoD with near all Hell Droped Monarchs
You can roll 6/40 with all Hell droped Amazon Javelins.

Why should you buy a ilvl 99, it also gives less chance to roll some of this items, cause there will be more pre/suffixes.
