1 hurricane
34 base life
2 soc
theres not much to argue with
But with a mb druid then ofc jalah would be the best pick
and for a 163 build the circ is the only pick
Im a 99/99 build and i have a 163 build
Each build has its own requirments 
But now that's a GG Pelt...
But normal pelts 10 Fhr 2/3/Random skill with 10% to a random res and 1os < Jalals.
Of course pelts can be good and sexy but the majority aren't that cool !
