WRONG.

Where the hell u got that from. Ravens has mass cold dam. I forget the actual amount (10-22) something like this, but most clan rules allow that small amount on an item as long as its not Psn. I was at civic when this was voted on this yrsss ago, Just like some have forgot that Duress is legal also. And my clan TGE uses the same rules.

This +1 Cold is a very GG mod. For non tap duels this will allow you to use non raven setups and still force the opponent to keep his CBF on. Otherwise if yu didnt use ravesn in your setup the other guy could go non cbf in non tap vs you.
