Ok so i quess i was wrong. can they perm to a charater..? cause like honestly ive had them for 2+years and never poofed. and never had to perm out of games

They poof when another item of the same ilvl is on the same server. They are not character based. I don't know what you've been doing for the last few years, but get the rest of your .08/bugged items tested before selling.

I do NOT vouch his items as they are now.
