not really. it depends on the shield. targes with str req 16 can have 4 sockets. as a matter of fact, all paladin shields can have 4 sockets. again: fail shield.

dont be mad because you dont like the answer you got. the shield blows.

paladin spirit shields can be made in a 16 str, lvl 3 req shield. runes make it lvl 25.
