If you're PVP, then use a bowa merc. Every time you teleport around, the AA merc will shoot an arrow at your target. It's best to use a merc with cold arrow, so that if you're shooting at the attacker, they are slowed down. This is BM, and frowned upon in GM duels.

but if your good with them you should have no problem at all.

Wrong. A paladin can have in the 500+% resist range, which completely negates the effects of Cold Mastery, facets, and all other -% resist gear.

if you have good enough dmg you will have SOME impact on them.

why would infinity or doom even be an option for cold? neither help u at all lol if ur gettin act 2 merc combat (with prayer) is best for sorcs cuz lets face it sorcs life sucks and if u need him 2 kill immunes put a dirty high insight on it witch rapes if ur es build or act1 bow merc ftw with full max damage gear to take out immunes.
