The requirements are simple enough to understand, if it doesn't meet ALL of what I ask for, don't bother posting them.

Here's what I want:
lvl 30 required or lower
War boots
30 frw
10 fhr (optional)
5 dex (optional)
30+ cold/light/fire resistances

free bumps are fine, posting boots not my iso is not, and if you post boots that are not in my iso you give me permission to make threads laughing at your stupidity

then it won't work because they would be lvl 29 required due to the other needs, and if I up'd would get to over 30
