trying to play this game but i get stuck at a loading screen after i type in my id and password.

Servers have been crappy these last couple days

I'm assuming you got the infinite loading bug where the loading screen goes on and on, simply restart hellgate.

yea no matter how many times i exit out and start it back up i get the loading screen everytime. :/

That's something different I've never heard of anyone having that issue. Try the hellgate official forum.

To fix your issue I would try doing this.
Go here and then inside the multiplayer folder you will see 1 or more folders with cheracter names that you have played on your account.
simply delete those folders and that should fix your issue.

always remember to run your cam as admin if possible. fixes many issues.
