im lvl 51 why didnt i rank up but get basic exp?

press inventar go tab option cahnge "xp to rank (or grades called)"

There are 55 levels and 50 ranks. At lvl 50 you get an option to make your xp count toward ranks instead of levels. I suggest you switch to ranks asap and keep doing SH runs.
