you have 1% base crit
now lets say:
you have 9% crit from your gear (eyes of the maverick, duellos etc)
you get +3 crit on 2 weapons for a total of +6 (2 x hurricanes for example)
you put 2 x +2 crit tech's in your weapons for a total of +4 crit
add those together you now have 20% crit.
You now place a 10% CCM mod in a slot.
10% of 20crit = 2 crit.
you now have 22% crit chance!!
AFAIK CCM to a class only works off your base + weapons + mods + gear, NOT other CCM modifiers. maybe someone can clarify.

if I have 100 CCM on 33 CC I get 33 more!
