Any experienced marksmen out there use overshield as a one point wonder just to recharge shields?

I was thinking that with the run and gun playstyle, shields from riflemen gear would be as beneficial to the marksmen as caster gear is to an evoker,
and having the ability to instantly recharge them would help keep me alive more efficiently than wearing +armor gear since I wouldnt have to
dump points into strength. Any thoughts?

overshield doesnt instantly refill depleted shields just by going into tactical stance, they only increase maximum shields while in tactical stance... which in a run and gun playstyle would be pretty useless

considering the moment u exit tactical stance and move, those extra maximum shields go away any ways

Oh okay. I know when fss closed a lot of work was going into that line and for a while it
did refill depleted shields obser a Cd. I didn't know if that was reverted or not. Yeah, I guess
its still left in a worthless form.
