just curious if the monsters are harder if you are 50 and rank 50 rather than 50 rank 1

I don't think monsters get tougher. The only thing I know is that you get less xp with every rank you gain.

but only if your xp is going towards ranks right? like it won't be harder to get 54-55 if your rank is higher will it?

so that basically means that once you get your rank very high, everything in the game should b cake? cuz the monsters act as if you are just a regular lvl 50, but you can have up to 250 more stat points and the expertise skills

iam ranked 37 and still cant wear all high augmented stamina stuffs with my evo
also hell runs still difficult

It's too bad there's a cap on skills.
