Downloading now, i wonder why i didn't check out that game before, so similar to diablo. I read some things about it and decided to make an evoker. Any tips for starting players?

And if someone wanna restart a game or something, would be fun to have jsp peeps on there

My second toon (a mm) is at lvl 18 in southwark so when you catch up I'd be willing to finish from there to stonehenge and level with you for awhile in SH.

For an evoker, I would go either fire or bone for the first 18 levels. You can't go wrong with demonspine. It scales well and is still a good spell at high levels even if you go hellfire/flameshards.

This is my build right now - I respecced so I didn't have to worry about lower levels but this will work for you.

There is some kind of hidden damage bonus if you have 10/10 flameshards and hellfire. It's insane damage.

Dual focus is obvious

You can spend the extra 7 points on whatever you like - maybe some venom armor or +1 point in the summon ember so you can get +7 on a weapon switch with dual +3 summon ember foci.

EDIT: I have a lvl 18 focus with +1 arcane legion which is like a self-rush. It's way OP. You can also look for a +1 hellfire focus as well. Once you hit a level where you can use hellfire or legion it'll go really fast.

EDIT2: Some people don't like arcane shield - I like it because it's instant 2600 shields whenever you need it. It is great for sh runs and catacombs because you don't get procced with stun or poison or phase or (worst of all for a fire evoker) shock. If you get shocked you can't use your spells or arcane shield so it's annoying.

I'd suggest this build ( link schlag put doesnt work for me so dont know if its the same)

I'd have venom armour swap weapons + Whatever other swap you want, so i wouldnt waste pts in venom armour.

You can leave 1 extra pt out depending on the skill on your Balbi's Belt.

I've considered a +1 sk helm but i dont think its worth the feeds since you arent really strapped for skilll points, but are for feed points. Rather just get a + AA Veiled.

As for Arc legion, I tried it, it was ok i guess. Was boring and i already 1 shotted everything with flameshard/spine any way so it wasnt really faster for me.

Go to the marketplace at low levels and find +3 demonspine weapons. Also look for +Flameshards on weapons when you get a bit higher.

I used a Dspine weapon + bottomless prism I think it was until 2x Forbidden Core @ lvl 31. (always +3 or +4)
