Poison and phase attack strength are good to have as well.

Probably best off going for maximum damage rather than crits with an evoker.

yeah i also like to increase my base dmg, probem is

i have 220 willpower and 218 already in use (100 base skilled, rest getting by +AA stuff)

18% dmg relics require 40 willpower, so 8x40 willpower = 320 willpower + 220 = 540 willpower - quiete useless
i have 100 stat point free, focusing 500 stamina to get my 4k life


so crit build left but also a problem:
atm i have 90 accu unused (dont skilled in acc, only by + AA stuff) now crit build calculation,
could go 30% crit build, but the crit dmg benefit bonus is low (215% crit dmg)

i could mix relics crit dmg bonus with relics crit chance like 25% 300% dmg, but still its not realy a crit build
any other opinion?

I'd say suck it up, to be honest. All builds are having the same problems with feeds and optimal end-game gear. You might just have to only put single 9% mods instead of 18% ones.

if single modded i prefer 11% but still 150 willpower left and i only have 100 stat point...
i could find other equip to reech that hmm...

btw 11% isnt added directly to ur hellfire.. its further multiplied with 0.6 - because 2 weapons calculation
so in fact i waste x2 feed requirement, but the bonus is only ~11.2%* 4relics (11%*0.6 + 11%*0.6)



how effective is this bonus in hell mode? and i need a crit dmg comparision

Btw if you go crit, use all ele dmg mods instead of "increased dmg"

Plain dmg is added to base only, ele dmg is calculated after crit dmg


But all that aside.. you need to choose tank with 4k life or dps with better weapons.

Focus on rare and legendary items with solely aa, stam, will, hpb and try to get lower level items as they will have lower feeds. Also, its best to get items with a positive will feed meaning costs 5 will in feeds but adds 8 aa and 13 will so you have positive 16 will. Uniques eat your will and stam.

i already use that

tons of aa and willpower... but still my dreary/mountain focus weapons needs 180 willpower and the rest on gear and i also max dual focus skill
its redicilous the willpower feed and i wont spent more points then needed in willpower...

Tbh if you use arcane shield with high power rating focus, you can be effective tank..

I think its worth it to pump points in will while I have 2400 life and can use more powerful foci and I have gear with +boost to keep arcane shield up all the time and keep my 4k+ shields up. And that's just with hml and dreary hands not morax

Yeah I have 10 arcane shield and I tank the catacombs bosses lol

Everybody in my parties is always like "WTF Evoker is tanking lulz"

I can get about 4 or 5 flameshards off before shields run out - usually that's about half the bosses life plus ignite
