Haven't played sense hgl and just noticed now(lvl 17 and right at act3) that you need a ticket to get into act3. i saw that prices for the tickets where roughly 400k palla. my question is where should i be to find the palla for one i have ~150k right now.

Farm it - or just pay the $4

Nanoshards go for 400K per 100 stack so get right-clicking

Farm messengers in a low quota zone for nanoshards/low level batteries, make a new character, or simply pay the $4.

If I were to do it again, I'd do it in that reverse order. If you make a new character and are cheap as hell and do all quests up to act three, you should be pushing at least 300k excluding nanos.
