I already have the catacombs, so don't need those.

The japanese site was short on this info.

Also the boss names and types (beast/demon/spectral/necro) for everything but the catacombs (already have those too)

For abyss, I did behemoth but I don't remember his type and level.
I'm on Lilith now.
So if somebody could list the rest for me or point me to the info somewhere
