my friend are just starting to play, but can't find each other, how do we play together?

add to your buddy list by pressing B, then you can whisper by /w *chr name, also make sure ur in the same channel top right hand corner example,"1 greenwhich hq" means ur in channel 1 of greenwhich. just party with him and u can warp to each other by pressing the blue bubble under their photo top left corner.
