Where does this item drop? Have you guys seen this item before?

I don't think mythic items drop, you have to cube them. There's s recipe called "?" and when you use it there's something like a 20 or 25% chance of getting a mythical item out of it.

Mythic items CAN drop. Even on NM.

100x Advanced Sacred Fragment, 25x Basic Sacred Fragment, 25x Dark Stone, 300x Nanoshard Thats the recipe. So while its 20% or so, its also expensive as hell. Furthermore you can get a lot of really crappy mythics lol.

Mythic items can drop, but the Z-83 can't. So you'll have to cube it.

what are the chances of actually landing into this item? when you cube it.

Well since on the cube recipe it's 20% chance of successfully making a mythic divided by however many mythics are available.....you do the math but fairly low.

Sydonai apparently its quite a decent drop rate....
