There are no rings in the game except for the one from the quest in the beginning of the game. The quest is also only available until level 10.

The achivement you get from playing the tutorial is also unavailable if you chose to skip the tutorial. The achivement grants a +2% damage bonus which is useful if you're going to max your damage output... So don't skip that either.. lol.
