so vicc helped me kill berial, i then got a purple quest to talk to carry in lower parliment, i did that but then i get this message, warp distrupted ( ticket required ) what ticket are they referring to?

I've been told I'm supposed to kill each boss in the Abyss twice to move further in the game.
I did it once for the quest, then I gathered the keys and just now I killed Beliar for the second time using the feather to open the portal to him.
I didn't get an achievement for killing Beliar twice, and I can't speak to Titus either cause I get the same message BlackMisery does.
Wtf is going on. D:

If it is this http://forum.t3fun.com/hellgate/general-discussions/how-to-get-to-upheaval-tokyo-zone-4468/ that you are referring to it seems a it's for the tokyo expansion and a ticket will be requierd.
If not, completely ignore what I said.

Berial is the last boss in the current game. You'll need a Tokyo ticket in order to progress further.
