which one is better?

Depends on the purpose. Hurricane for bosses, Hu's for the rest I believe. Also if you're a marksman you'll find that a legendary 600bullet/min electricity rifle with 6/6 critmods will be more effective against bosses like Hell Berial than the other two.

Hurricane looks much more impressive to me...but then again I'm fairly new to Hellgate.

Hu ' s and Hurricanes are nice
maybe there few myths which can beat them in the future

i already checked both, i decided to go Hu's

1. cheaper
2. also there +8 hus avaible for sell (+8 hus > +6 hurricane in dmg output for sure)
3. fire accusary addition so u dont have to go TPjs

keep this in mind

2 one hand weapon have 1200bullet/min,
if u upgrade a hus/hurricane to +8 it will have a similar dmg to a rifle~
also 2x3 slot = 6/6

the only disadvantage: is the weapons spread, which can be solve my TPjs
and also the high feed requirement of 2 weapons
