You don't want personal novas, trust me. You want on-hits.

Shrapnel is the only good personal novas and you'd want to make an all-shrap character for that.

Shrapnel mods are still around, they just appear to be extremely rare, only seen a 2% on the market, but seen plenty of nova mods.
