I was wondering if it is possible to reset stats/skills in hellgate, so does anyone know?

in the cash shop it says there is items for each for 10k each i think? doesnt say the currency beside them like the tcoin items say 4000 tcoins these just say 10,000 so idk

skill costs 13000, abilities cost 10000. resets all.
