Probably easier to sell in game for pal, and then sell pal for fg. Regular blessed shards are what're worth the most--up to 700k pal per 5k stack of regular blessed shards. Anything else is pretty hard to move, except for maybe regular tech components and regular runics, but I think they go for under 100k per stack.
