but i just cant figure out what skills should be maxed or just put 1 point in them

As said i just started (lvl7 atm) and dont have any very gear, got 3 unspent points so far didnot want to wast them

Ravager rounds, dead eye, weapon master, multishot and beacon, the rest can go where you like, i put one in each of the ground strikes.
