Well, my Hardcore Elite experience is over (at least for my lvl 40 Eng) so I'm going to head over to softcore Elite now.

Nano shards / crafting materials of all 8 types

Offer up anything else you might have, I'll probably make an Evoker, Marksman, and Blademaster first.

Gonna start with an evoker since I've never had one.

I have a stack of nanoshards (5k). I think they sell on HGL for 1 nano/500 to 1k pal on elite (I haven't checked in a while). I'll offer you the stack for 500 fg. It's all that's left of my crafting material bank I just sold yesterday (see link)

Also, I am planning on selling off most of my gears except for two or three of my favorite characters. It'll probably be easier for me to sell for pal and then swap that for fg, but if you want to take a look at anything, LMK and I can show you what I have in game. In particular, I am planning on selling off my blademaster's gear, who has very nice equipment including a pair of Hikida's. Anyhow, if you are interested PM me what times you are usually on HGL, and we can try to synch up.

Okay, I scoured my mules yesterday and put together this package for you. Asking 600 fg for this, about 2/3 the value is in the slipnaughts. I don't have any 4-slot slipnaughts to spare--unidentifed 4-slot slipnaughts are currently selling for ~7 mil pal. Anyway, I actually put on all the gear to make sure the feeds will work out. This set up gives you 75% shield pen. I could swap out gear to get you to 90-100% shield pen instead at the sacrifice of other stats if you want. Anyway LMK if you are interested in taking this package.
