Well, the release was a joke, they released the game at barely 70% completion, full of bugs :/ because they ran out of money, FSS isn't the first to do this because of lack of money. Past that terrible full of bugs release, instead of fixing the game with the subscriber/founder offers, they went ahead and started a 2nd game on beta-test, without even patching/finishing up the 1st one (Hellgate). Mainly, their impending doom now is because of very, VERY shitty management decisions. But it seems now that Namco-Bandai is intervening, as all of the forum moderators now have a Namco-Bandai avatar, and their group now reads Namco-Bandai too. Maybe it's a sign of their take-over.
