whats the best begginer char for this game?

Marksman is simple

ide say evoker =) because you dont need badass gear to get you started, he can do alot of dmg. then make a mm when you get money for it.

ya, undead is right. MM requires both some knowledege of the game and some starting cash. evokers own, and they dont need really good gear to survive. or u can go summoner, but they are a little more complicated than evokers and MM's

well if you can gte to level 20 Summoner is a cake walk with a Warper

12lvl is enough for one to be able to use +1 warper guns. :]

anywyas, id go for summoner or guardian as first char, mm is fine too, but would not try bm/evoker myself
