Dono I'm sorta new to game and I've never seen anything like this ? What exactly does it mean ?

a lot of my weapons are getting weird attributes like that for quotes...I dono what it is..

I looked at both of these items in game and they both had normal attributes... ex: The sniper rifle had +3 beacon and +2 rebounder rounds... not "what you returned with was astounding...
