normal items cant be used at elite and elite items cannot be used at normal, i guess these items could have been fairly hard to recognize when trading.

i guess ppl got scammad like ppl selling normal stuff to elite or vice verca, dunno.

thats, if i remember right, as i remember that one can trade elite items vs normal items when ingame.
