i got the game and i ve played it offline but
what do u have to do to get online?

well first of all you need an online account, you can create this for free at hellgatelondon.com or eu.hellgatelondon.com (for eu players). afterwards launch the Launcher.exe from your hgl dir and click multiplayer. it will require massive patching. the first patches are loaded ingame, then you have to manually install patch 1.0 (available at hellgatelondon.com), afterwards the game will upgrade automaticly again to 1.3.

you don't have to pay for basic online play (same as sp, just higher patch level and the ability to group with people), but you'll have to start a new char. chars from sp can't be moved to mp.

Also if your stressing about a bad gameplay from not subscribing, its ok. Non Subscribers still have alot of fun, and can make massive FG(if your out to do that). Subscribing helps level a bit, but its not NEEDED for a great time.
