Well, personally I like quantity over quality, if I run abbdon i kill everythingon my way there, if I farm heads+moloch I clear the essence caves etc. Exp > items, and items will drop sooner or later anyway. Just do what gives the best mix of exp+items, thats headfarming+moloch imo, or wild if you can handle the lag.

you may also add ploughyard to blodulfs list. always a decent amount of rare and epic mobs there.
