check to see if ur phan is plugged, dats wut wuz wrong wit mine, i gots a dual core 2gigram witha slightly better vid card and i was getin random fps spikes of 1-5fps.
after cleaning fan much betta- there was enough shit in there to make a small rodent

turn the setting ALL the way down, its not a big deal to play on low settings...
