yea i just bought this game and took me 2 days to download (not much free time from work) and i start up the game, click multiplayer, log on, then loading screen comes up. then it auto goes to create char. (im assuming this is supposed to happen) then the system freezes. i need help

and dont ask if my pc meets the requirements, i know it does...

Well, it should normally ask you to enter a user name and a password before you have acces to the character screen selection, there is no way for you to get help from this forum, if you bought hellgate legitely.. contact the flagship help support by phone or assistance, they will drive you in the good way.
