so i started hellgate once it came to the sdtores

quitted in about 2 weeks after that

now i think of restarting, problem is i think my account is expired
name was Glenn88, found my activation mail

but logging in with the password i use isnt workingg

is it possible to make a new account? or to get this one back

was it a sub account? cuz i didnt get an activation email or anything... if its sub i suggest calling em or emailing them

well officially accounts don't expire. are you sure you're logging in to the correct server (Eu/US)? did you try the lost password function on the hp? http://www.hellgatelondon.com/lost_password (US) / http://eu.hellgatelondon.com/lost_password (EU)

but when i type it at "lost password" it says the acc doesnt excist

well, I guess the only solution left is to contact customer support (you can find their contact data on the hp). maybe they can retrieve you account name with you cd-key or anything else.
