you can't find them, the only way to get them is to have your class heavily affected by a patch that changes skill trees

there's a thread in the official forums of some guy claiming he has found a skill retrainer from moloch with patch 1.3. there's a screenshot showing the retrainer in a trade window and the item team advocate posted that this is an undocumented change from 1.3.

not sure what to think about this one, may be fake, may be real
