iam new and dont know what i must skill / wich stats i must max

skills that i maxed were sniper, master sniper, dead eye, hollow points, and ricochet.

For a straight up sniper, you'll want something close to this:

You'll be pretty much one-shotting everything

Maybe put one point into ravager rounds to use as your main attack. If it blows through the target it'll kill an extra dude. Concussion rounds won't help much because the guy you hit is dead, and rebounders suck ass.

Ricochet doesn't even exist anymore so I'm not sure what Josh is talking about.
