ok so erm.. trying gundin since it seems awesome sleep.gif
gonna make him into hce.. anyways heres the build im thinking of using:

i kinda have never played guardian to high level (highest i had was 30 and well.. hes mule now)

so aura of vengance vs ranged and shield turn/shield masetry when monsters get close to me so i can stun/phase( depends on what shield i can find) them. spiritual strenght for stat saving
prayer of healing to keep me alive and grand aura to make vengance better

other option would be this:

for getting better chanse @ phasing monsters and still would have almost max lvl shield turn (now without shield mastery)

for items i dont know yet what im gonna use... either high slot vorpal slasher(or better version of it dunno their name) or that some sort of machine pistol (600shot/min) with as much as slots it can have

Those trees seem more than a bit wrong to me.
You really, ideally want to be using two guns, now a perfectly modded vorpal would probably be good enough, I doubt you'll get one of those anytime soon so you should be dual wielding.
You also might want to invest in AoR, it will really, really help you out. Ranged damage isn't too bad, but you'll need the regen in the mellee.
Vorpal slashers are better than vorpal rippers at the moment, they have lower reqs and higher damage when nanoed. They can both get 7 slots so dual wielding with good mods will take a considerable amount of willpower. Thorn bolters do have high rpm but their spread is horrible and they have low range (and 3 mod slots max). The unique ones are good though, especially the splash damage ones.
For leveling I liked using a shockshell (electrical and spectral splash) and a fire field gun in the first slot and dual shockshells in the second. I'm yet to see anything kill fellbores as quickly as dual shockshells.

I'd suggest a skill layout more like this.

I'd also suggest reading everything on the official boards about gun guards.

i thought they could only use shield + gun o_O

Yeah, they can dual wield guns and it's really the best option unless you're being pounded by blade slayers or something.

Shield turn : each lvl : +30% stun, ignite etc..
Shield master: each lvl: +25% stun,ignite etc.. +12% Shield dmg


So why maxing shield Turn instead of Shield master

Increased chanced to proc effects as opposed to increased effect durations.
